I'm a Graphic Designer based in London, UK. I have a great passion for illustration, UI and packaging. I'm an artist on the move; travelling and exploring new places, always looking for new inspiration. I graduated in a BA(Hons) Graphic Design, at Leeds Art University in 2021.
During my time at University I got the chance to study abroad in Vancouver on an exchange program. I learned how different the creative industry is there in comparison to the UK, showing me its unique rules and regulations on the graphic design marketing industry. is experience taught me to quickly adapt to any new environment and unfamiliar surroundings. During my time there I got the chance to develop my web design skills, visual design skills, and uncovered new marketing interactions, to create products that would appeal to the audience on a large scale. is positive experience played a huge part in my decision to move to Canada after studies.
Alongside my studies, I found the time to work on professional projects as a freelance graphic designer. I have experienced working with a variety of different clients. Which has allowed me to learn the importance of communication, particularly pertaining to each specific client's unique requirements. Working as a freelance required me to work on multiple projects simultaneously, so I learned the skill of prioritizing and coordinating. is helped improve my time management skills as well as my multi-tasking abilities. While designing, I found that I lean more to the illustrative aspect of design, constantly including digital illustrations. I am always challenging myself to think outside the box to create innovative designs for each project given. Creating unique imagery and type for the appropriate topic.
I worked as graphic designer/motion graphics for Geek Bomb. I help create design concepts and animations for their social media sites. is experience has taught me to keep updated to current trend and how I have adapted my designs to this. Many projects were time sensitive, thus being organized was key to delivering the outcome on time. In addition, this opportunity allowed me to develop on my motion and animation skills as we found that video content was most effective. Creating a wide range of gifs, video intros and animated logos.
